The project includes different types of activities, related to the specific objectives and expected results

1TRANSATIONAL MEETING

Transnational meetings are the main instrument of communication, cooperation and sharing among partners, that can meet during the project implementation. Each meeting is attended by 4/5 people for each partner and all local staff.

  • 16th-17th November 2016 COORDINATION MEETING IN ITALY
    Aimed at mutual knowledge of partners, planning of the activities, sketching of instruments for supporting the activities and the collection of the expected results, sharing the dissemination plan.

  • 23th-24th January 2018 COORDINATION MEETING IN SLOVENIA
    Aimed to share the results of the job shadowing experiences (processing of observation forms), making the point on the transferred practices, and on the ones still, to be transferred, for the replanning of the activities and the processing of final evaluation instruments.

  •  23th-24th May 2018 FINAL EVALUATION MEETING IN ITALY
    Aimed to evaluate the entire project, collecting each activity results and outcomes; evaluate the local experimental activities; share and evaluate each local seminars activity; prepare and organize dissemination activities (established in the dissemination plan) in each partner community; make the final project report.

2JOB SHADOWING

Aimed at promoting the confrontation and the exchange of the best practices. Consists of an 8-working-day stay at a chosen service which involves all teachers appointed by the schools, with at least one Coordinator.

The periods of job shadowing are:

  • 17th-24th September 2017: JS in Sweden
  • 8th-15th October 2017: JS in Italy
  • 12th-19th November 2017: JS in Slovenia

3LOCAL EXPERIMENTAL PRACTICES

From November 2017 to April 2018, in each country
It is important that once returned the sending organization creates the opportunity for sharing experiences and knowledge acquired with the aim of making the testing/transferring phase as effective as possible.

4 LOCAL SEMINARS

From January to April 2018, in each country
Local seminars are addressed to all pre-school services teachers as well as all stakeholders interested at contribute to the ECEC services quality. Seminar methodology consists in World Cafè, Workshop, Open Space Technology techniques, Community self-mapping aimed at intercepting possible talents and citizens.
