The second transnational meeting is 22th-23th March in Sweden.
The meeting will be aimed to deep and compare the educational models of governance and organization of each partner. During the meeting the partner will start to sketch the observation card for job shadowing and will think about the best tools to support communication among teachers involved in the JS activity.
What we did
During the meeting the partners discussed the pre-school services organisational aspects and models of governance. The information were presented using the same template, in order to facilitate the comparison and sharing: through this tool, it was possible to highlight similarities and differences. The three presentations will be useful tools for teachers involved in job shadowing, which will have to know the significant aspects of the pre-school services’ management and organisation before taking part in the experience.
The partners also shared the drafts of job shadowing tools: observation card and evaluation questionnaire. The final version of both tools will be reviewed in the next meeting, in Slovenia.
