Job shadowing experience is divided into three periods: September (in Sweden), October (in Italy) and November (in Slovenia). So italian and slovenian teachers are going to Sweden from the 17 th to the 24 th of September.<\/p>\n<p>Job Shadowing will be a great opportunity to observe and to know organisation and best practices of Swedish ECEC services&#8230; a \u201cpowerful\u201d experience to share thoughts, ideas, pedagogical theories, educational practices and choices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The next step is the main activity of the project that is the Job Shadowing.
